Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery Time

* Kerala: 2–4 working days
* Rest of India: 4–7 working days
* Tracking ID will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

* Free shipping across India for orders above ₹499
* ₹60 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹499

Important

As perfumes are liquid products, courier delays may occasionally occur. If you require expedited delivery, please mention it at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges.

2. Cancellation Policy – Khaz Perfumes

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone call within 2 hours of placing the order and before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed within 24 hours.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. After delivery, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Prepaid Orders

* If cancelled within 2 hours of payment, a refund will be issued after deducting Razorpay processing fees.
* If cancelled after 2 hours but before shipment, a 3% deduction will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3. Return & Refund Policy – Khaz Perfumes

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, testers, and gift sets are non-returnable. Once the product seal has been broken, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted.

Eligible Refunds/Replacements

1. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please send an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. After verification, a 100% replacement or refund will be provided within 3–5 days.

2. Leakage or Transit Damage

If the product is damaged during transit or arrives leaking, please send proof (photos/videos) via WhatsApp. A free replacement will be shipped after verification.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method:

* Bank Account: 3–7 working days
* UPI: 24–48 hours
